Travel

Airport: Reno-Tahoe International Airport
Arrival/Departure: Please plan to arrive at 4 p.m. on June 5 and stay through our noon adjournment on June 7.

Avoid the reimbursement process by utilizing our corporate travel agent, Travelink! If you would like to book your own flights, we will reimburse you post-event up to $650 roundtrip for coach airfare and ground transportation.

Accommodations Questionnaire

We ask all members to please complete our Accommodations Questionnaire. Through this link we can ensure correct personal information, any specific dietary needs, hotel information, and understand if you would like us to arrange your ground transportation to/from the Reno-Tahoe International Airport and the resort. You can also let us know which activity you wish to join during the exchange! At the Ritz-Carlton, we will have a golf scramble on Thursday afternoon after our roundtable sessions. Not a golfer? We will also be offering a catamaran charter, as well as a hike on the Shirley Canyon Trail! Please note that guests are welcome to join us on any of the 3 activities!

Member Materials 

A few weeks before the event, we will send out member materials, which will include a program guide, details about discussion topics, and more. In our program guide we include member bios & headshots, so please send Marcus Archibald at marchibald@simplifycompliance.com your brief bio (150 words or less) and a head shot by Monday, April 3, 2023. If you’d like to use a bio from a previous exchange, please email me to let me know. When submitting head shots, please make sure that you send via a TIF or JPG format; 300 DPI and 3×3.5 inches in color. Please do not embed the pictures in a Word document or PowerPoint slide.
