Aishling Dalton Kelly, founder and CEO of Aishling Companion Home Care and the Aishling Care Academy, dedicates her life’s work to caring for seniors, especially those with dementia. She is passionate about building integrity and high standards in the home care and caregiver training arena. Dalton Kelly holds certifications as a CADDCT (Certified Alzheimer’s Dementia Disease Certified Trainer), a CFRDT (Certified First Responder Dementia Trainer), a CECM (Certified Elder Care Manager), a CMDCP (Certified Montessori Dementia Care Professional), a CDP (Certified Dementia Practitioner), and an Ageless Grace Certified Educator. She has been a board member of the Home Care Association of America since 2013 and currently serves as the vice president of the Illinois chapter.
