Ari Medoff, is the CEO of Arosa, the nation’s largest integrated provider of care management and home care services in the U.S. He has been working to create better jobs and superior business models in the senior care industry since 2012. Under Ari’s leadership senior care providers including Lifecare Innovations, The Cameron Group, LifeLinks, Beacon InHome, Aveanna Concierge Services, and more joined the Arosa family since 2018.
Ari earned an MBA/MPP at the Harvard Business School and Kennedy School of Government and graduated from Duke University as a BN Duke Scholar. He also earned a CAN from Durham Tech in 2013. Prior to founding Arosa, he worked in private equity in New York City.
