Brittany Lavalle currently serves as Disciplinary Counsel in the Litigation division at the Board of Professional Responsibility of the Supreme Court of Tennessee. Ms. Lavalle received her Bachelor’s degrees in English and Political Science from the University of Georgia and her law degree from Mercer University. Prior to joining the Board of Professional Responsibility, Ms. Lavalle worked in Athens, Georgia as a criminal prosecutor handling a caseload of serious violent felonies and special victim cases.
