Diana Ortiz, JD, RN, CCDS, CCDS-O, is the marketing manager for all 3M CDI products and services. Prior to 3M, she served as the director for ambulatory CDI at Ochsner Health System in New Orleans. At Ochsner, she was a project manager for new product implementation and served in a leadership role as the inpatient CDI operations manager. Her background includes being an RN in a Level I trauma ER, HIM experience in hospital emergency facility coding and database management, as well as completing several healthcare law internships throughout law school.
