Eileen Burkhalter Smith is Disciplinary Counsel in the Investigations Section for the Board of Professional Responsibility of the Supreme Court of Tennessee. Prior to joining the Board, Ms. Smith was a partner at Waller Lansden Dortch & Davis, PLLC, in the Trial and Appellate Practice Section. Ms. Smith received her Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Tennessee College of Law, cum laude, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Notre Dame.
