Hunter R. Mobley is an attorney at Howard Mobley Hayes & Gontarek, PLLC, specializing in estate planning, estate administration, and tax-exempt organization law. Hunter is a member of the Southeast Fellows Institute of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC).

Hunter has degrees from Davidson College (B.S.), University of Kentucky (J.D.), and New York University (LL.M.). A native of Nashville, Hunter graduated from The Ensworth School and Montgomery Bell Academy.

Hunter has served the community as Vice-President of the Association for the Preservation of Tennessee’s Antiquities, and as a board member for Begin Anew and Mercy Multiplied International. Hunter also served for 6 years as Executive Pastor of Christ Church Nashville.

In addition to his law practice, Hunter is an Adjunct Professor at Belmont University College of Law and travels teaching the personality tool, the Enneagram. Hunter’s book on the Enneagram, 40 Days on Being a 2, was released by InterVarsity Press in October of 2020
