Jake Williams, PE, CSP is a registered professional engineer and a trained Qualified Person, Competent Person, and Competent Tower Climber/Rescuer in the realm of fall protection. He has acted as a consultant for the United States Navy by performing numerous fall
hazard assessments for site specific hazards associated with various aircraft frames and ships and for site-wide surveys at Navy installations throughout the world over the last seven years. He has evaluated and developed fall protection programs for multiple organizations, and he has also developed and taught fall protection courses for Navy active- duty and civilian personnel over the last four years.
