Jason Buhlinger

Principal in the Transaction Advisory and Litigation Support (TALS) Services, Armanino LLP

Jason Buhlinger is a Principal in the Transaction Advisory and Litigation Support (TALS) Services practice at Armanino LLP. He leads many of the firm’s business valuation, litigation support and fraud investigation engagements. Jason works with staff to oversee the day-to-day activities of many of the TALS practice’s engagements. Jason performs business valuations for mergers and acquisitions and tax, litigation and corporate planning engagements. He also analyzes complex litigation support and fraud and forensic accounting engagements. Jason joined the firm as a staff analyst in 2007 and was promoted to manager in 2014. From 2016 to 2017, Jason served as a business unit controller at Millipore Sigma and gained valuable industry experience. He also worked as the financial reporting manager for the Biologics division of Patheon. In this role, he developed and managed reporting and forecast processes. Jason rejoined the firm in August 2017. Jason earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Fontbonne University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Missouri–St. Louis. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA). Jason serves on the firm’s University of Missouri-St. Louis (UMSL) campus recruiting team. He is also a member of the United Way steering committee. He was recognized as a member of the St. Louis Business Journal “30 Under 30” class in 2014
