Jason F. Hicks is an assistant county attorney in Davidson County, North Carolina. He practiced in Tennessee for over 10 years before relocating to North Carolina he continues to practice in the state of Tennessee. His primary focus has been family/divorce law, probate, and litigation. Mr. Hicks is a member of the District 33 Bar Association (NC), North Carolina State Bar, North Carolina State Bar Association, Tennessee Bar Association, and American bar associations. He is past-president of the Putnam County Bar Association and the Upper Cumberland Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Hicks is a past Vice President of the Tennessee Bar Association-Young Lawyers Division. He received his B.A. degree from The University of Tennessee Knoxville and his J.D. degree from Faulkner University, Thomas Goode Jones School of Law.
