Jillian Harrington is a regulatory specialist for HCPro. She serves as an instructor for the Certified Coder Boot Camp®—Original (live and online), the Certified Coder Boot Camp®—Inpatient Version, the Medicare Boot Camp®—Hospital Version, and the Medicare Boot Camp®—Physician Services Version. She also co-developed the Codercise® CPT Operative Report. Dr. Harrington has more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare profession. She is an approved instructor of the Professional Medical Coding Curriculum, awarded by the AAPC, and teaches coding for physician and hospital services, as well as healthcare administration. She has spoken frequently on healthcare compliance and HIM issues at regional and national professional conferences. She holds a doctorate in leadership from Creighton University.
