Joe Lintz, RN, CCDS, is a CDI specialist at Roper St. Francis Healthcare in Charleston, South Carolina. He has more than 24 years of nursing experience, with specialization in CDI, clinical care coordination, quality improvement, and case management/utilization review. Lintz has prior teaching experience with ICD-10 preparation and helped develop query compliance and standardization for Roper St. Francis. In addition to his current role, he serves as a physician liaison for CDI physician engagement. He has presented at the ACDIS conference and the 3M Client Experience Summit.
