Kimberly Ross Clayson, Esq., is a partner with Jaffe Rait Heuer & Weiss, PC, a Michigan-based law firm that provides exceptional hands-on, responsive, and solutions-oriented legal services. Kim has been practicing law for 15 years working on the business aspects of healthcare businesses and physician practices and collaborating with Vicki Myckowiak on healthcare compliance issues. She graduated from University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and with a book award for legal research and writing. Kim is an adjunct professor at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and has written on a variety of legal subjects for the Michigan Institute of Continuing Legal Education.
