Kristen Duell is a home care consultant and founder of IDEAL for Healthcare. She has over 20 years of experience in the pre-and post-acute care industries, where she’s held positions from non-clinical caretaker to CEO. Most recently, she worked as the chief marketing officer for Home Care Pulse. Prior to that she leveraged technology to invoke widespread industry changes with scalable solutions. Other leadership positions she has held include serving as the executive vice president of KanTime and CEO of a technology startup. Duell’s passion is shaping healthcare by providing upward mobility and visibility to women in the industry, which inspired her to start Inclusion Diversity and Equity Alliance in Leadership (IDEAL) for healthcare.
