Laura A. Hernandez is a labor and employment attorney at Monty & Ramirez LLP. She began her career doing plaintiff-related labor and employment law representing individuals in discrimination cases, wrongful termination suits, wage and hour claims, and individual and collective actions arising out of the employment relationship. After nearly 3 years of plaintiff-related labor and employment experience, Hernandez transitioned to the defense side at Monty & Ramirez LLP in April of 2019, where she represents and advises employers on the same statutes, claims, and causes of action involving employer-employee relationship.
