Maureen James is an associate at Skoler, Abbott & Presser. James has worked in a local school system and volunteered in programs focusing on the needs of persons with disabilities and the elderly. This work has provided her with a detailed understanding of the difficult scenarios employers face when defending claims of discrimination, harassment, wrongful terminations, and allegations of violations of the FMLA. “When our clients have problems, there is no one-size-fits-all band-aid.
