Meghan Kenny is the director of SVNA Home Assistance. When she became the director in 2016, she managed an office with a staff of just one and a caregiving staff of 23. Over the years, she tripled her caregiving staff, increased her office staff, and opened a second branch in Massachusetts. In 2020, her company merged with a local small VNA with a failing private duty registry and took on the role of director there as well. Since then, both companies have been thriving, and a third branch was opened in New York state. Kenny now manages over 175 caregivers and has about 150 clients.
