Michael Puskarich has three decades of experience with a proven history of success in numerous health care delivery settings, such as acute care, extended care, home health, hospice, physician practice, national, mental health, and not-for-profit providers. Before joining McBee, he was the executive director for Orlando Health Home Care, and before that he was the CEO of Kenosha Visiting Nurse Association. He has expertise in the development of cost reduction reforms such as accountable care organizations, initiatives to reduce the spend within health care, and the behavioral health links to care delivery platforms, as well as strategic planning, information systems and processes, regulatory changes, and fiscal management. Puskarich has been recognized for outstanding leadership and has been an active advocate for the home care industry.
