Molly Siebert, RHIA, CCDS, is a CDI specialist at Legacy Health in Portland, Oregon. Prior to joining her facility’s CDI program in 2013, Siebert worked in HIM since 1975 conducting Medicare reviews. Her experience includes working in hospitals on quality, trauma and cancer registries, systemwide EHR development, and HIM operations management. Siebert is past president of the Oregon Northwest ACDIS local chapter, ACDIS Chapter Advisory Board member, and ACDIS Scholarship Committee member. She has been active in professional associations and civic groups, has served on the OrHIMA board, and participated in two AHIMA work groups from 2007 to 2009.
