Nicole Haney is the owner of Papa’s Place Adult Day Care, LLC, and has over 16 years of experience in healthcare. In 2018, Haney opened Papa’s Place after her own dad was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. It began as a center for seniors who had dementia and other limitations and offered a safe environment while providing family caregivers respite. Over the years, Papa’s Place has blossomed into a full continuum of care offering services to children and adults—in the day center, their homes, and the Tustin House assisted living facility. Haney’s primary focus is in senior care. She’s become a leading expert in dementia care and has also built a coaching business where she teaches business owners how to strategize, diversify, and build their business.
