Nicole Rodgers received her Bachelor of Science from Midwestern State University and her Master of Physical Therapy from Texas Tech University Health Science Center. Rodgers is certified as an OASIS Specialist (COS-C) and certified in Neurodevelopmental Treatment (NDT). She is an active member in the Texas Association of Home Care & Hospice, currently serving on the Finance, Government Affairs, and Medicare/Hospice committees. Rodgers is also an active member in the National Association of Home Care & Hospice, as well as a member of the Home Health Financial Managers Association. She operates as the QAPI Program Director, as well as the Disaster Coordinator for Healing Hands Healthcare. She also has experience in team building, ADR’s, clinical review, operational and fiscal performance, and reimbursement. Rodgers is passionate about advocating fiercely for the home care industry and enjoys sharing her knowledge and home care experience with other industry leaders.
