Olivia Jones is the executive vice president of Care Advantage. She has worked in the home care environment for over 20 years and is known for being an operational leader who truly understands how to make the client and caregiver relationship work. With a drive to operate efficiently and provide systems process improvements, Jones has overseen 18 new acquisitions into the Care Advantage Family and helped grow its footprint into the largest privately-owned personal care company in the Mid-Atlantic. She continues to advocate for senior care and has made television appearances on shows such as Good Morning Virginia, Showcase Richmond, and The Hampton Roads Show.
