Ronald Singell, RN, BSN, CCDS, has been an RN since 1994. He started in med-surg and then moved to the ICU for 13.5 years. After that, Singell became a CDI specialist and got his CCDS credential two years later. He has developed workflows that have helped improve productivity for the CDI team. He also develops and shares reports that allow for evaluation of CDI goals and metrics.
