Chief Disciplinary Counsel, Board of Professional Responsibility of the Supreme Court of Tennessee (1992 – present). Garrett has over twenty years of successful representation of the Board of Professional Responsibility on litigation and investigations statewide. She has efficiently managed the staff and all aspects of the Board’s litigation section before Hearing Panels, Circuit and Chancery Courts, and/or the Supreme Court. Garrett has collaborated with other Supreme Court agencies, bar associations, and is an authoritative public speaker to attorneys and judges on Tennessee Supreme Court Rules 8 and 9.
