Sheila Davis, CHCE, COS-C, is the executive senior vice president of area operations at Always Best Care Senior Services. Davis has over 34 years of executive leadership experience with solid knowledge of healthcare operations and comprehensive nursing care procedures. She’s committed to regulatory issues to ensure quality of care can be provided to all clients in need regardless of age, race, gender, etc. and firmly believes that providing information to legislative members makes a difference. Davis has recently been appointed to the HCAOA Medical Advisory Council and the NAHC Private Duty Advisory Council.
