Sheri Blanchard, RN, MSN, FNP-BC, CCDS, CCS, is corporate CDI director at Orlando Health in Florida. She has more than 24 years of nursing experience and 12 years of CDI, care management, and coding experience, with a focus on improving patient care, quality outcomes, and the financial stability of hospital systems nationwide. She collaborates with her CDI team, key departments, and providers to develop diagnosis definitions to align with evidence-based practice. Currently serving on the ACDIS Advisory Board, Blanchard is also a past co-leader for the Central Ohio ACDIS Chapter.
