Tara Aaron-Stelluto is a founding partner of the law firm of Aaron | Sanders PLLC. Her practice focuses on privacy consultation and trademark protection and licensing, primarily for clients in the technology sector. Tara has been recognized by SuperLawyers® and Best Lawyer® multiple times. She is a Certified Information Privacy Professional in U.S. and EU privacy law by the International Association of Privacy Professionals. She is Past Chair of the Copyright Society of the South. Tara is an international speaker and author on issues relating to U.S. intellectual property and data protection. She has produced writings for a number of publications at the American Bar Association and the International Trademark Association, including a commentary in The Trademark Reporter, entitled “Availability of WHOIS Information after GDPR: Is It Time to Panic?” and an article for The Trademark Bulletin on the state of international data transfers. She has presented at INTA, the World IP Forum in Bangkok, the Institute of Trademark Attorneys in London, and the Pharmaceutical Trade Mark Group in Berlin.
