We will take a quick look at the current conditions in the U.S. workforce and set the stage for the urgent need for a new approach to engagement and retention.

Attendees will break out into small groups to discuss what is currently happening in their organization as it relates to engagement, the pandemic, and any other challenges they are currently facing.

Attendees will come back from the break and share with the entire class what their breakout groups discussed, as well as overall pain-points and strategies for overcoming them.

2022 Key Trends in Talent Retention

Work Institute annually publishes a national Retention Report highlighting why employees leave and other key trends in employee retention. There are also some indications that employee engagement rose during the pandemic and are now falling. Leaders must be aware of the impacts of external conditions and be prepared to tackle solutions.
