IMPORTANT – In response to the recent rise in COVID-19 cases in Clark County (including Las Vegas), the state of Nevada has issued an emergency directive requiring all persons, regardless of vaccination status, to wear face coverings indoors. As a response, all attendees (vaccinated and unvaccinated) will be required to wear face coverings in the meeting space and all indoor areas of the hotel throughout the duration of the conference, except while actively eating or drinking.

To safeguard all those in attendance at our events, we ask that you stay home if you are feeling sick, have tested positive for COVID-19, or are showing COVID-19 symptoms.
Conference App Info
Download the app on your mobile device: Visit the Apple® App Store or Google Play Store and search for CrowdCompass Events. Once downloaded, open the app and enter 2021 DecisionHealth Home Health Events or the event password (homehealth2021) in the search bar. Tap the name of the event, then tap Download to open it. Sign in using your event registration email address and the event password.
Access the app on your computer: Visit https://crowd.cc/homehealth2021. Enter the event password homehealth2021 and follow the onscreen instructions to obtain your verification code and log into the event platform.
